Acceptance of Terms

By booking a session, purchasing a product, or using our services, you agree to these Terms of Service and any additional terms applicable to certain programs in which you may elect to participate. If you do not agree to the ToS, you must not access or use our services.

Services Offered

The Flower Child Studio specializes in photography services, including but not limited to birthday photoshoots, event photography, and portrait sessions. Service descriptions and pricing are subject to change without notice.

Booking and Cancellation

  • A retainer is required to secure your booking. Details about the retainer amount and payment methods are provided during the booking process.

  • Retainer: To secure a photoshoot session with The Flower Child Studio, a non-refundable retainer is required at the time of booking. This retainer ensures that your selected date and time are exclusively reserved for your photoshoot.

  • Non-Refundable: Please note that the retainer is non-refundable. By paying the retainer, clients acknowledge and agree that in the event of a cancellation on their part for any reason, The Flower Child Studio retains the retainer as compensation for the lost booking opportunity and preparatory work undertaken.

  • Cancellation by Client: If a client decides to cancel their booked session for any reason, they must inform The Flower Child Studio as soon as possible. While the retainer is non-refundable, we may, at our discretion, apply it to a future session if rescheduling is possible and agreed upon by both parties.

  • Cancellation or Rescheduling by The Flower Child Studio: In the unlikely event that we must cancel or reschedule a session due to unforeseen circumstances, we will communicate this at the earliest opportunity. Clients will have the option to reschedule their session or receive a full refund of the retainer.

Intellectual Property Rights

  • All content on our website, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is the property of The Flower Child Studio or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and international copyright laws.

  • The Flower Child Studio grants you a limited license to access and make personal use of our website and services, but not to download (other than page caching) or modify it, or any portion of it, without our express written consent.

User Conduct

Users are prohibited from using our website or services to transmit any harmful, threatening, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable material. Any breach of this provision may result in immediate termination of your services and potential legal action.

Limitation of Liability
