  • It's recommended to book your portrait photoshoot 6-8 weeks ahead of time. For sessions requiring a payment plan, it's advisable to secure your booking up to 90 days in advance

  • Scheduling a photo shoot with FlowerChild Studio is easy. Simply complete our contact form, and chat with our team to schedule your session.

  • For portrait sessions, the duration typically falls between 30 to 90 minutes. Boudoir sessions, on the other hand, generally span 4 to 5 hours.

  • Makeup services are included in all Boudoir sessions. If you prefer onsite makeup services for any other session, you can add the service to your photoshoot package for $200, which covers the cost of a travel makeup artist.

  • Banner or additional background decor (e.g., a silver glam curtain over a paper backdrop)

    Optional neon signs for birthday shoots

    Floor decor, such as rugs, balloons, balloon columns, and small props

 Payment FAQs

  • We accept all major credit and debit cards, as well as ACH transfers for your convenience.

  • Yes, prepayment is mandatory for all sessions, events, and workshops hosted by FlowerChild Studio. Sessions will not proceed until all payments have been settled.

  • Absolutely! We provide two types of payment plans.

    For portrait sessions, we offer the option of Pay in 2 or Pay in 4, where payments are equally divided. Portrait payments are scheduled every 2 weeks.

    Boudoir sessions offer more flexibility with Pay in 2, Pay in 4, or Pay in 6 options, also divided into equal payments.

    You can choose between a biweekly or monthly payment plan for your convenience.

    A card must be stored on file for all plans.

  • If you're paying in full, the entire payment is due at the time of booking. However, if you opt for a payment plan, your session will be reserved once the first payment is received.

  • Currently, we do not offer discounts. However, we do provide opportunities for mini-sessions and seasonal sales. To stay updated on these offers, we recommend signing up for our email newsletter.

  • Yes, a 3% late fee is automatically applied to payments that are overdue.

  • No, retainers and deposits are non-refundable.

  • Yes, you can select a location in Jacksonville, FL. Please check out our preferred locations. It's important to note that travel is only available in our Gold and custom packages.

Studio FAQs

  • We welcome one guest for clients over 18 years old and up to two guests for clients under 18 years old. However, please note that no guests are allowed for boudoir photoshoots.

Delivery FAQs

  • Digital galleries are typically delivered within 3 weeks.

  • All clients have the option to schedule a product pick-up appointment or visit the studio on Tuesdays between 3 PM and 6 PM after receiving a product pick notification email.

  • Clients are provided with 45 days to download their images. After this period, digital galleries are archived for 90 days before deletion. Should you wish to reopen an archived gallery, a fee of $75 will apply.

Product FAQs

  • Yes, prints and products are available for purchase directly from your digital album. However, for boudoir portraits, products must be ordered directly from the studio.

  • Absolutely! You can purchase extra images up to 30 days after your photoshoot. Please note that after this period, all images are permanently deleted.
